In a new twist, Hyundai has decided to make the next-generation CDN sports car the ultimate luxury sedan.
The CDN car, which will debut at the New York auto show on Feb. 16, will be powered by a 6.0L Hyundai SEL-15 V6 engine and will have a $200,000 price tag.
The vehicle will have seating for six, a 6-speed manual transmission, an active rear cross-traffic alert, a rear-facing airbag, and a front-facing camera.
The Hyundai CDN is expected to be the first Hyundai to hit the U.S. market.
The car will have all-wheel drive, power steering, heated seats, and the option of a heated roof, according to a Hyundai press release.
Hyundai says the Hyundai CDD will go on sale in 2019.
The press release also says that the Hyundai will be available in all Hyundai models, including the Hyundai Elantra, Hyundai Sonata, Hyundai Odyssey, and Hyundai Tucson.
Hyundai is not revealing the price of the car.
Hyundai will offer the CDN at a premium.
The new model will feature a starting price of $55,000 and a destination of $68,000.
Hyundai expects the new Hyundai CDNS to sell out quickly, with the car hitting dealerships on Feb, 15, 2019.
